All physical products at Kate's Gallery are custom printed on demand and dispatched directly from our production partner. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include the production period. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–14 business days depending on your location.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Order processing

Orders are sent to production within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

Please note that production and shipping times may be longer during peak seasons such as holidays.

Customs & import duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.

Incorrect shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at katesgalleryco@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at katesgalleryco@gmail.com and we will investigate with our production partner.
