All physical products in our store are custom printed on demand through our production partner. Because each item is made specifically for you at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing an order.

Digital products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads once the file has been delivered or made available for download.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at katesgalleryco@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Order cancellations
Changed your mind? You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered production or been fulfilled.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at katesgalleryco@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been sent to production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellations do not apply to digital products once the download link has been delivered.
How to report an issue
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at katesgalleryco@gmail.com with the following:
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
